- Para la moussaka
- 250 g berenjena
- 200 g patata
- 1 diente ajo
- 1 cebolleta
- 400 g carne picada de ternera
- 3 cucharadas tomate frito
- 1/2 cdta canela

- 50 ml vino blanco
- Aceite de oliva
- sal y pimienta
- Para la bechamel
- 300 ml leche
- 30 gr mantequilla
- 40 gr harina

- Primero de todo ponemos la leche a hervir con la hierbabuena, cuando rompa a hervir, tapamos y dejamos emulsionar.
- Por otro lado ponemos la berenjena cortada en rodajas con sal a sudar, unos 10 minutos.Yo la corté al largo, podemos cortar rodajas, como mejor os resulte.
Cortar la patata, yo al largo también. - Ponemos una sartén con aceite y vamos friendo las patatas sin terminar de hacer, se terminan en el horno.
Pasar a un plato con papel de cocina y reservar - Secamos las berenjenas y pasamos por la misma sartén de las patatas, añadimos un poco más de aceite si es necesario, y las pasamos a un plato con papel de cocina, reservar.
- En una sartén amplia ponemos la cebolla y el ajo bien picado con un poquito de aceite y pochamos, cuando esté, añadimos la carne y movemos hasta que cambie de color.
- Añadimos la canela y el tomate y dejamos cocinar unos minutos.
Añadimos el vino a fuego fuerte y dejamos 2 minutos que evapore el alcohol.
Añadir sal y pimienta y mezclar bien.
En una bandeja para horno pondremos las patatas en el fondo, las berenjenas encima y añadiremos la carne. - Colamos la leche.
Ponemos la mantequilla en un cazo y cuando se derrita, añadimos la harina y cocinamos un par de minutos, añadimos sal y la leche y movemos hasta tener una bechamel ligera. - Añadir la bechamel sobre la carne y napar con el queso.
- Llevar al horno precalentado a 180º unos 15 minutos, en la parte media del horno, luego lo subimos a la parte de arriba y ponemos gratinador 10 minutos más y listo.
Dejar reposar antes de servir y a disfrutar.
