Apartamos la olla y colamos el caldo y reservamos.

- Seguidamente añadimos un par de vasos del caldo de las cáscaras de lo langostinos y dejamos que se disuelva un poco añadiéndole 500 ml de Nata para cocinar
- Cuando empiece a hervir colocamos los lomo de salmón tapamos y dejamos 10 minutos, moviendo la sartén hacia adelante y hacia atrás, cuando reduzca la salsa al gusto apartamos y servimos
