    En una sartén pondremos un poco de aceite y tostaremos la cayena ½/persona (u otro chile), 2 c.s de curry y 1 c.s comino en polvo.
  8. Cuando huela a tostado, añadimos el zumo de ½ limón y un chorrito de vino de Xerez. Lo añadimos a las lentejas.
  9. 3 c.s de tomate triturado a las lentejas y remover.
  10. Apagamos fuego, quitamos las cabezas (apretando para que suelten el jugo al guiso), las pieles del limón y el jengibre.
  11. Añadimos 8 dados de mantequilla y menta fresa picada al momento.
  12. Añadimos las gambas, tapamos la olla y dejamos reposar 7-8 min.
  13. Emplatar y disfrutar.
