- Agregamos el vinagre, lo mezclamos todo y ya se puede comer y conservar. Preparamos unos frascos bien limpios y esterilizados, y agregamos con un cucharón nuestro pisto muy caliente, cerramos con la tapa también esterilizada damos la vuelta al bote y lo tapamos con una toalla. Dejamos los frascos tapados hasta el día siguiente. Luego los podemos guardar en un lugar fresco y oscuro.
