    Poner en un bol.
  2. Añadir la sal, comino, pimentón, el laurel cortado por la mitad, los ajos sin pelar con un golpe de cuchillo, el vinagre y el agua.
    Tapar con film, y meter a la nevera un mínimo de 8 horas para que coja bien el sabor.
    Yo lo preparo de un día para otro.
  3. Pasado el tiempo de reposo, escurrir, secar con papel absorbente, y enharinar con una mezcla de las dos harinas y el orégano desmenuzado.
  4. Freír en abundante aceite, y cuando esté dorado, sacar y escurrir en papel absorbente.
  5. Al emplatar, exprimir por encima limón al gusto.
