- Batimos todo integrando los sabores, dejamos a temperatura mínima para añadir la gelatina.
- Diluimos las hojas gelatina en agua tibia durante 5 o 10 minutos. Las hojas no se disuelven, pero se ablandan. Pasado este tiempo hay que cogerlas con las manos y exprimirlas suavemente.
- A continuación las añadimos al resto de ingredientes en la cazuela y removemos hasta que se disuelvan totalmente, mezclando bien con un tenedor o cuchara. Nos ayudamos con unas varillas para mezclar sin batir muy fuerte porque saldría espuma.
- Repartimos esta crema en los vasitos tipo flan y los dejamos reposar en la nevera antes de desmoldarlos. Lo mejor es que se queden toda la noche si es posible y antes de servir delmoldamos como si fueran flanes.
