  5. Corta los filetes trocitos a tu gusto y reserva. Coge la tostadita y ponle una capa de paté. Encima del paté un trozo de la presa marinada y para finalizar unos brotes de alfalfa.
  6. Listos para disfrutar!! (Os recomiendo probar también la carne acompañada de unas patatas o un revuelto de verduras; el marinado le da un sabor muy especial)
